Terms and Condidtions
- No persons under the age of 21 are allowed to rent or occupy a unit at the condominium unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. Subletting is prohibited. All guests occupying the unit must be registered at the time of check-in.
- No pets are allowed to be brought onto the property or into a unit by a rental guest.
- No more than specified number of occupants per unit. A child is considered an occupant.
- No parties are allowed in the condominiums.
- Pool. No pets and/or food are not allowed in the swimming pool area.
- There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No weapons (as defined by Texas statutes) are allowed on property.
- Please do not hang anything on balcony rails. Please do not feed the seagulls, pigeons, coyotes, or other wild or domestic animals.
- Neither the owner nor Islander East management is responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, damages, or for thefts of any kind from guest rooms or from automobiles.
- NO REFUNDS OR PRORATIONS for early departures, bad weather, construction noise, or appliance, electronic or internet failures.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- No boat, RV, or trailer parking without approval. Park in spaces with a white painted curb.
- Additional Charges May Be Assessed:
- If all keys given at check-in are not returned, a $25/key charge will be assessed.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the unit or on the balconies. If smoke odor and/or cigarette butts are found in the unit after your departure, a $200 odor removal charge plus the cost of any damage to the unit will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Registered guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused by anyone in their party. Occupant Authorizes Association to charge Occupant’s Credit Card account on file for any damages or missing items.
- Guests are responsible to clean the Unit per Check Out Procedure (including placing all trash in the trash room and placing used towels in the tub or shower area). Place dishes in dishwasher and run a cycle or wash dishes by hand.
- All our condominiums are privately owned and decorated to the individual owner’s taste. By signing on the highlighted line below, you authorize the Association to charge your credit card on file for any damage or loss that occurred during your stay. Violation of the rules and regulations of the Homeowners Association and recorded in the records of Galveston County are subject to fines. If eviction occurs, all payments, including security deposit, will be forfeited.
