It is Islander East Resort’s purpose to maintain a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of our guests. The following guidelines and policies will help assure your vacation pleasure, and will answer many of your questions. We encourage you to review the following:

Rental Policy: Guests must be 25 year of age to register. Any use of condominiums for purposes other than family vacations must be addressed at the time of the reservation. For the enjoyment of our guests and their families, we do not rent to prom groups, school groups, fraternities or sororities.

Condominium Interiors: All condominiums are furnished to the homeowner’s tastes. Every effort has been made to insure all descriptions are accurate; however Islander East is not responsible for changes the homeowner makes in furnishings, bedding, and equipment. The kitchenettes are equipped for the number of people the unit accommodates.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. on date of arrival and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. on the date of your departure. If it is not possible to check-in by time stated above, please call our office and we will assist you in making other arrangements. Late check-outs will be assessed an additional fee.

Reservation Deposits and Payment Methods: Advance reservations required with 50% of the total stay due within 15 days of the day the reservation request was made. The remaining balance plus a $200 security deposit is due at check-in. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover only. NO CASH is accepted. Deposits will be refunded within 14 days after departure. Cancellation Policy Cancellations are required 72 hours (3-days) prior to the arrival date and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation date. Cancellations after 72 hours will forfeit the 50% deposit. A $4.00 per night HOA fee will be added to the rate.

Pets: No pets may be brought on property or into units by rental guests.

No Smoking: Islander East condos are all non-smoking units. Smoking in the condo will result in loss of the entire damage deposit.

Telephones: Most of our condominiums have telephones. All local calls, calling card calls, 800 calls, and operated-assisted calls are free. You will need a calling card or credit card for long distance calls.

Keys / Parking Permits: A maximum of two sets of keys and parking permits will be issued to you at check-in.
